개인정보처리방침
유한회사폴렉스(이하 "회사")는 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 정보주체의 개인정보를 보호하고 관련 고충을 원활하게 처리할 수 있도록 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 공개합니다.
1처리하는 개인정보 항목과 수집 방법
회사는 홈페이지 문의 양식을 통해 다음 항목을 수집합니다.
- 필수: 기관·회사명, 성함, 이메일, 문의 내용
- 선택: 연락처, 문의 분야
홈페이지 이용 과정에서 접속 IP 주소, 접속 일시 등 서비스 이용 기록이 웹호스팅 서버에 자동으로 생성될 수 있습니다.
2처리 목적과 근거
문의 내용 확인, 회신 및 상담을 위해서만 처리하며, 다른 목적으로 이용하지 않습니다.
문의하신 분의 요청에 따라 회신하는 데 필요한 범위에서 「개인정보 보호법」 제15조 제1항 제4호에 근거하여 별도의 동의 없이 처리합니다.
3보유 및 이용 기간
문의 처리가 완료된 후 1년간 보관하고, 기간이 지나면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다른 법령에서 보존을 정한 경우에는 그 기간 동안 보관합니다.
4파기 절차와 방법
보유 기간이 끝난 개인정보는 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제합니다. 홈페이지 문의 백업 파일은 1년이 지나면 자동으로 삭제됩니다.
5제3자 제공
회사는 정보주체의 동의 없이 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우는 예외로 합니다.

국외 이전을 원하지 않으시면 문의 양식 대신 이메일이나 전화로 문의하실 수 있습니다. 이 경우에도 상담에는 아무런 차이가 없습니다.
7정보주체의 권리와 행사 방법
정보주체는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대해 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 아래 개인정보 보호책임자에게 이메일이나 전화로 요청하시면 지체 없이 조치하겠습니다.
8안전성 확보 조치
- 문의 백업 파일은 웹에서 접근할 수 없는 서버 영역에 보관하고, 접근 권한을 최소한으로 제한합니다.
- 홈페이지는 암호화된 연결(HTTPS)로만 제공합니다.
9쿠키 등 자동 수집 장치
회사는 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다. 선택한 화면 언어만 브라우저에 잠시 저장되며, 창을 닫으면 지워집니다. 홈페이지에 삽입된 Google 지도는 Google의 정책에 따라 동작할 수 있습니다.

이 개인정보처리방침은 2026년 10월 7일부터 적용됩니다.
Privacy Policy
Pollex Ltd. ("we") publishes this policy under the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea to explain how we handle personal information and how to raise any concerns.
1What we collect and how
Through the enquiry form on our website we collect:
- Required: organisation, name, email, message
- Optional: phone number, area of interest
Our web hosting server may also record access logs such as IP address and time of visit.
2Why we use it, and on what basis
Only to review and reply to your enquiry. We do not use it for any other purpose.
Because you contact us asking for a reply, we process this information without separate consent, to the extent needed to respond, under Article 15(1)(4) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
3How long we keep it
For one year after your enquiry is resolved, after which it is deleted without delay, unless another law requires us to keep it longer.
4How we delete it
Personal information is deleted so that it cannot be recovered. Backup files of website enquiries are deleted automatically after one year.
5Sharing with third parties
We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where the law requires it.

If you prefer your information not to be transferred abroad, you can contact us by email or phone instead. Your enquiry will be handled in exactly the same way.
7Your rights
You may ask at any time to see, correct, delete or stop the processing of your personal information. Contact our privacy officer below and we will act without delay.
8How we keep it safe
- Enquiry backups are stored outside the public part of the server, with access kept to a minimum.
- The website is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
9Cookies
We do not use cookies. Only your chosen display language is kept in your browser, and it is cleared when you close the window. The embedded Google Map may operate under Google's own policies.
